Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, ensure the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us at sleepsmrtstore@gmail.com to start a return. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior request won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishables, custom orders, and beauty products. We don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period with the same eligibility criteria.

Refunds:
